Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Lovely boots, not worn them yet so hoping they will be ok when actually out
walking in them. The colour really attracted me to them. I would say though that
they could perhaps do with being a little wider, they would be far too tight for
someone with a wider foot or who is prones to any kind of swelling etc.

Absolutely love these boots, they are the softest leather. They are so comfortable, and they look great, had lots of compliments when wearing them. I have these boots in 4 colours - green, grey, orange tan and metallic, they are all fantastic. Would highly recommend, they are stylish and can be worn with anything. Loved my cream ones so much bought another pair in Green. Lovely colour. Super soft leather, no having to wear them in, as comfortable as slippers. I鈥檓 normally a size 4.5 however the size 5 are perfect.

Gorgeous colour of green, so comfortable to wear with zip and can tie laces, ideal if have a wider ankle as able to loosen. Little bit of height but with chunky heel so can walk and walk in them. I bought the pink ones too.
