They are a little large across the top compared to the burgundy and cream coloured pairs I already own (which causes a crease at the top), but they are still very comfy, perfect heel height and super soft leather. Love them

Lovely comfortable boot. Nice heel height for day or night. I struggle to find boots that are a bit more dressy due to an ankle injury, but these are great as they support your ankle, you can get in and out of them easily with the zip fastener, but with the added laces you can tighten or loosen them where you need to.

I already have these boots with a slightly thinner sole and blower heel and they have been so comfortable. I鈥檓 very pleased with these as they have a chunky sole and a slightly bigger heel they are very comfortable and true to size. I got a size 7 they fit perfectly. My daughter has previously bought these boots also

I now have 2 pairs of Bezzie boots, Navy and black, they are the most comfiest boots.
They look great with skirts and dresses.
I am probably going to purchase another colour.
I only wear boots, and will be buying these in the future!

Lovely boots , very soft leather and very comfortable from first wear . I am often a 6.5 as have one foot slightly bigger than other but the 6 fit great . Couldn鈥檛 wear thick socks but thin socks or opaque tights they are perfect .

Ordered my size online , but was to tight fitting , had to drive to 12 miles to nearest store at Morpeth but had great experience from assistant and tried larger size which fit perfect . As online order had to go through re fund process no exchange and will have to wait for refund once boots received from shop at warehouse . In summary had to pay again for bigger size but shop did honour the discount price o had from online purchase . Seems a little over complex process .

I purchased these boots and arrived promptly but the finish on the right boot is badly stitched. I called customer service and said they could not help me with this query and that I had to send email and then someone would be in touch. I left to go on holiday leaving this unresolved and I鈥檓 not back until the 9th and feel let down but i do have 30 days. I hope that this can be resolved quickly and feel these should not have been dispatched without checks considering these are expensive boots and want replacement sent as soon as possible.

I never received my order. The courier refused to leave the item in a safe place, reported that they鈥檇 attempted delivery 3 times which is absolutely not true and returned the items to yourselves. They even took a photo of another parcel delivered that day by another courier??
I have reported this and was promised a refund which I have not received.

I鈥檝e been looking for a pair of these laced boots for ages. I tried on so many from various shops but all were too bulky and chunky for my slim legs.
These are perfect. They鈥檙e a thinner softer leather than others I tried which is ideal, with a pointed toe which makes them less 鈥榗lown like鈥�. They鈥檙e very comfortable. Very versatile - they work well with jeans, shorts, dress etc鈥� which is great.
The heel size was just right - most laced boots I鈥檇 seen were either completely flat which looked bulky on me, or too high which meant I鈥檇 not wear them often or for long periods.
Glad I found them! Would recommend.
