Received dirty, damaged boots, someone's returns. Dirty, marked and damaged sewing. I was asked to return. Now they say they don't have the returned boots, despite my evidence Evri collected, Evri asking me to contact retailer, retailer asking me to contact evri. In a loop, Disgusting service. Brilliant comfy well made boots!!
Can鈥檛 say the same for Yodel delivery service absolute disgrace!! Did everything wrong will think twice before ordering again if that鈥檚 the delivery option! A locker would be better than Hermes/Yodel, I have a list of complaints about this delivery but no one is listening

Love these boots and the colour I chose, to be honest, any one of the colours Moda Pelle had available would have been fine. The boots are so soft and comfortable and with the memory foam insoles there is no need to break them in. Pain-free experience for the feet, whats not to like?

As soon as I opened the box, I loved them!

The leather is so soft, beautiful spring/summer colour, stylish, good choice .. I sprayed them thoroughly with waterproof leather protector before wearing for the first time and I鈥檓 so pleased as are really comfortable (as are made of the most gorgeous soft leather) like a pair of favourite old boots, perfect PS quick photos (and one of my dogs wondering what I鈥檓 doing taking a photo of my boot )

The boots arrived with little chips in the front - although I got offered to send them back, they were ordered to go with a dress I鈥檇 purchased for a party so had to wear them - disappointed for 拢140. The boots though are very pretty and very comfy.

Nice shoes but the colour does not corespond they are more brown,the leather is soft,maibe too soft as after one use they wrinkled a lot already,the glue start to unstick a litlle on the sides of both shoes after 4 times of wearing them,(not walking to much)I think they're a bit pricey for this quality but overall they are ok and comfortable.

It was too small. I take a European 42 UK 8 and ordered the 42 but it was too short although described as 42/9 I fit Superga, Ferragamo and all others as a 42. Very odd. The quality looked lovely and I really liked the colour too. Had to send them back Guaranteed Delivery. If they sort sizing out it would be good

These boots are fabulous, beautiful soft leather and the fit is true to size.
However, I returned them as I realised I didn鈥檛 really have anything to wear with them.
I decided to buy 2 pairs.
One black and one navy, knowing I鈥檇 get more wear out of these colours.
I was about to order on Moda but decided to check if they were on offer at HOF.
To my delight鈥� they were!
The black pair were 拢120. And the Navy were 拢85.
That鈥檚 a massive saving for me.

I returned the cream pair via registered post first class on 10/10 (costed me 拢11.15) but I鈥檝e not received any correspondence or refund from Moda as yet!

Not quite as soft or as light in weight as some reviews led me to believe but the boots are easy to put on, very comfortable and the heel is just the right height for me , so though I wanted to look 鈥檋ip 鈥榓nd wear with floaty summer dresses because of the boots鈥� sturdiness I will be able to wear them into autumn and winter, for the colour isn鈥檛 too summery!
