Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I loved these boots!
Upon trying on, super comfy but unfortunately I've had to return them as the colour of the boots received were completely different to the colour of the boots online!
Please update the pics as the colour of the suede boot that I received are completely different to what's depicted online!

I have quite chunky calves so thought no chance these would fit but amazingly they are perfect. If you have slim legs probably much too wide for you .
I ordered a UK6 ,which is my normal size, again thought might be snug but plenty of room in them.
The colour is a really nice tone. I took the advice of others and have given them a good spray of Scotchguard before wearing for extra protection.

Great boots! They fitted perfectly, not too tight across the foot,and easy to get on with the zip so I know they will keep their shape. The colour goes with everything and being a light shade, looks good with dresses as well as skinny jeans.

I recently bought these boots , they looked lovely on line but I was a bit disappointed when they arrived , the colour was not as nice and the suede leather very stiff .
I have a high instep and could not get the boots on so returned !
Lesson to self don鈥檛 buy boots / shoes on line
P.S! I鈥檇 heard great things re Moda and Pelle so was disappointed , I love shoes and boots and am very fussy - no have a high standard and I do really like a lot of your products it would have been better for me if your cowboy boots had a long zip at side
