We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Strong sturdy boot , comfortable leather with comfortable rubber sole , I am a small size 5 so I bought the size 5 and the fit is perfect , i walked around 8 miles the first day wearing them , and my feet were fine . Packaged well and deliverd on time .

I ordered from this company for the first time and though i was happy with the boots and quality, I won't be using this company again as I live in Scotland and there is no store to return them to,so I had to pay 拢13 to return them. I was returning as they were slightly big. I feel most companies give free returns which allow you to try on and return if not suitable

Love the boots but having ordered a size 4 I was sent a 6! Had to trek into M鈥檆r for my nearest store for a refund and re-purchase as were needed for a weekend away. Would have received a 5 star if not for this mishap.

Boots were flattened out of shape and did not quite match, one boot did not have the front pull on tag. Because sending back via Evri is difficult from here I decided to live with the tag and thought the weird shape would ease, it hasn't yet, so they will just be for dog walking. Shame because otherwise they were good value.

Can鈥檛 speak to the boot as it came in the wrong size. I contacted customer services and asked could the right size be sent to the Belfast store so I could do an easy exchange. Just got an email back saying yeah you can get a refund at any of our stores. Extremely poor service! Very disappointed!!
