Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Boots arrived with broken zip on left boot, tangled laces and quite crumpled. Obviously not checked prior to dispatch. Poor experience.

These boots are very comfy! I love how I can adjust the back laces since my calves are slightly narrow.

My only suggestion is to the shaft height of all knee-high boots. I am only 5'0" and took a risk buying these boots, but luckily the shaft height was not too high. The cost of shipping boots back from New Jersey (US) is more than $60, so I would like more details to minimize the possibility of returning shoes in the future.

I have to say being a size 7 to 7.5 and ordering an 8 as you don鈥檛 do half sizes was a very wise move . I would say that they are a small size 8 though and although my foot is narrow fits fine .
My daughter is a true 8 and couldn鈥檛 get them on !
Think the grips on the sole could have been a bit better but apart from that they look great .

They 100% fit Wide Calves!! & lace up perfectly...I am Super Suprised!! Got them in Both Black & Tan...Really Beautiful Quality!! Only thing is because the leather hasn't been broken in, the back of my ankles have been badly damaged...It's my own fault, just make sure when you first try them, Wear a Plaster or some sort of Pad!!

Ordered online and when I opened the box, the zip on one if the boots hadn't been stitched (about 3 inches) so the zip didn't work. They were wrapped in cellophane and packed properly. How did these pass quality control - pretty disgusting when you see the price of the boots.

I ordered a size 6 and it was a very small size 6 and a very tight fit so had to send back, ideally could do with half sizes, i have re ordered in a 7 but hope it won鈥檛 be to big
