Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Perfect fit for my petite frame, to the top of my knees with no sagging. After my trial walk around the house, my legs and feet were warm with no tights or socks. The design running down the the back makes it extra classy. Very comfortable, no pinching at the toes.

Unfortunately I鈥檓 having to send these fabulous boots back as for me they don鈥檛 fit my calves. I would make another purchase if they did a wide fit. They really are good well made boot but that鈥檚 what you get when you purchase 彩客网 products, great products.

These boots are absolutely beautiful. Comfortable and the stones down the back give them just enough elegance to be worn as a more dressy option for those who prefer ultimate comfort from high heels. I have knocked off one star only because they are a little tight on the largest part of the calf area so if you do have well built calf muscles you may have a bit of a job getting the zip past that point. This does ensure, however, that the boots don't slip down and they are not tight on the ankle or round the knee plus they don't squash your feet, with plenty of wiggle room for the toes. All in all, comfy and a good all day wearer.

Its a beautiful pair of boots. But it dies not zip up. I bought size 7. Don't have a problem with boots fitting in general but the 'leg' part of the boot is too small. I will have to return them.

Really love these boots , bought for myself & a pair for a present , wasn鈥檛 sure which size , so ordered an extra size.
I found that the size 7 fits me ok , sometimes I have to have a size 8
These boots are a good length too , not below the knee , just the small amount of silver thread at the back looks good .
