Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

As always beautiful soft leather from 彩客网. The colour is just what I was looking for and got them in the sale which was a bonus. Size - probably slightly on the large side - am usually a 6.5 but a size 6 fits well. I鈥檝e previously sized up and found them too big and they also tend to stretch after a while too.

Dear M@P I love your trainers and boots and have a few pairs (too few to mention!} However I had to return the Balize trainers as the flatform sole made walking uncomfortable and secondly, the leather felt stiffer than usual especially at the back. I would normally give 5 for your beautiful footwear.Looking forward to more size 9s ! Moda fan.

Super leather pumps, beautiful light pink colour and really comfy to wear. Fantastic deal in the sale! Well packaged and quick delivery time. I'm quite tall but the pumps don't make me feel like giant as the platform is just right for taller women.

Beautiful trainers!
The colour is lovely, and as always with moda, the quality is second to none!
I splurged and bought three different colours while they were in the sale, so technically I got three for the price of one. What's not to like?
The other colours are pale blue and white, and I am super excited to wear them.
I was rather behind the curve with the whole trainer trend. I imaged them being 'clumsy', but with these, this is not the case.

A lovely quality shoe which is always the case with this company. I bought it to replace a previous pair in a similar colour that I had just about worn to death! Unfortunately they seem to be more narrow in the toe than my previous ones, so they aren't as comfortable, although they look great!
