Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

This is my 5th pair of these pumps, I have them in many colours. Love these navy ones but have only given them 4 stars because they come with the most ridiculous laces that are way too thick for the shoe which make it really difficult and frustrating to adjust them. I鈥檝e had to buy separate laces before I can wear them!

Sizes are very odd. Too small. This model is too narrow too. Other styles fit though. I found some did and some didn鈥檛. I loved this style so much but they wouldn鈥檛 fit. Please look at your sizings.

Like my last pair these fit like a glove and didn鈥檛 need any wearing in. However both shoes squeak from the back of the heel/Achilles area. It鈥檚 as if the inside fabric is different to my last pair. Despite wearing different socks of varying materials when walking, both trainers squeak from this area. Currently waiting for customer services to respond.

Apart from this they are once again very good quality and extremely comfortable.

I followed the advice of other reviews and bought a size bigger鈥︹€�. I am normally a 6 but purchased a 7.
The shoes are super comfortable particularly with the leather lining. They are not heavy like some flat forms I bought last year so feel I can walk for miles in them!
