Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I love my new pumps however when they arrived I had to remove the laces in both pumps because they were both differently threaded - weren't easy to rethread - took about an hour and were marked but otherwise they are good.

Moda were quick to ask me to write a review of an item I haven't received yet. Waited the required 7 days as per Evri but have emailed, called (and got cut off) and tried website chat but there is no one there either. Customer service is non-existent and I haven't got my trainers that I have paid for. What a waste of time and upsetting as I have paid for something I haven't got. Perhaps this review might provoke a response from Moda!

These trainers are really stylish and at the same time comfortable. I really wanted the combination of laces and a zip and not many styles offer this.
They work well as smart or casual.
The fit was spot on.
My only concern is that there is a fit of fraying around the holes where the laces go through.

Very nice shoe but I also have a very similar trainer also from 彩客网 in a metalic bronze. The bronze is very comfortable so I was delighted to see the silver at a reduced price. However when they arrived in a size 41 they were about a centimetre shorter than my size 41 in bronze. I could hardly get then on. Very disappointing that they had to go back, as there was such a large size variance on similar shoes of the same size from the same shop. This would deter me from buying online again.
