Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I loved these trainers when they arrived and they are super comfortable, however after only one wear the metal eyelet on the laces has broken. Beautiful shoes but sadly an odd shape which didn鈥檛 suit me - long and narrow. Extremely tight across the toes but the same width all the way down meaning they were loose around the heel and my heels slipped out - I鈥檇 actually say they were half a size too big if the toes hadn鈥檛 been so tight. But that鈥檚 just me - others with narrow feet will probably like them so it鈥檚 impossible to say if I鈥檇 recommend them or not - you can only know by trying. I will say though I found BGlazie absolutely perfect and thought the style was a bit less clumpy too!

I have had these trainers before and I loved them. They latest a year before the sole was worn away from my instep. They are not able to be re-healed so I had to throw them away. The leather on them was very good quality. The ones I have just purchased was of an inferior leather. I am always the same size with Moda but these were too small (and I ordered them in two colours). I have so many pairs of their shoes and never have they been too small. I am a half size so always go up to the next size up so, whilst the trainers were lovely, I would recommend going up a size. It has just cost me 拢9.19 to return them too.

In the instructions it said I could take to any of your stores which for London was John Lewis. As i was visiting London I brought them with me to exchange or return. This is a lovely shoe. Nice soft leather inners. Unfortunately, it鈥檚 just too small. I am a regular size six and the shoe is just too short. It鈥檚 such a pity they don鈥檛 do half sizes. I shall have to return them.
I would recommend them with the caveat that a size bigger is needed. Even then it could be too big.

Lovely quality materials and workmanship but sizes are NOT TRUE TO SIZE鈥� I am a 41/8 with comfort and roomy on my smallest foot but these are so very small I would say more a 39/6-40/7鈥� couldn鈥檛 actually get my left foot in and don鈥檛 do a size up!!!

They look great, are true to size, offer a little bit of height and are extremely comfortable. Unfortunately one of the zips keeps slipping down when I'm walking around which is a real nuisance. I've tried altering the laces but nothing seems to work. I can wear them around the house but the zip problem means I can't wear them out as they are not very practical. This is a pity as they are otherwise exactly what I was looking for.

Lovely quality, beautiful soft leather and they look great on. I've got quite wide feet and often struggle to find comfortable shoes. I am somewhere between a 39 and a 40 and tend to go for 40 to accommodate the extra width. These did come up large and a bit too long so I've ordered another pair in 39 to see if they are a better fit. It's great to have the zip feature and adjustable laces so I'm hoping the 39 will be perfect. Highly recommend. My only slight quibble is that they arrived in a very beaten up looking shoe box that looks like it's done the rounds! Such a shame as it rather took away from the luxury feel of the shoe.

Really good quality and great style. I think they are a little smaller than true size. I have only worn them a couple of times and definitely need to wear them in slowly.

So comfortable! I usually get blisters when I first wear new trainers but I bought these for a city break and wore them all day for 4 days with no pain whatsoever. The leather is so soft! Would definitely recommend.

This is my second pair, and completely different..Not the same quality leather and no round details where you put your laces in!..small logo on back and the little leather pulls on the Zip, are frayed and cheap..Will be returning
