Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Well made,nice leather and leather lining although found the foot pods inside not as comfy as previous pairs of trainers I have had. Wear in work and they look very smart with a black uniform. Comfortable considering on my feet all day.

Nice trainer in black not too heavy looking. The price was good too with 20% off. The only complaint is the heel of the trainer at the back is faux snake or lizard and one heel is more white and the other is more black .

Love these trainers.. classic black leather trainers with a modern twist.. love the elastic laces adds extra comfort and style...very comfortable although I鈥檓 finding sizes very difficult to judge.. some are a lot wider than others, these are a narrow fit which work for me but the wider ranges are not ...too big..even when same size.

2nd pair of leather trainers from moda. Love them, beautiful soft leather and comfortable from first wear. If they did half sizes I would try a 3.5 instead of a 4, they don't 'feel' too big, but def plenty of room round the toe area. But a 3 might just be too small. All in all, when they are on sale, grab a bargain. They are well worth it!!

I would love to leave a review but as I still haven't received them it makes it tricky, Hermes have had them since last Sunday and despite trying no one seems to be able to find out why they haven't been delivered or where they are.
