Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I have given a low star review because these trainers are too narrow for my feet and rubbed my little toe within half an hour. They did initially feel very comfortable and I love the colours. they would suit someone who has a narrow foot at the front.

Can鈥檛 recommend as yet. The trainers have not been received. Evri made contact on 26 March so say there was a delay but no word since from them. Poor service from the courier you have chosen. Perhaps you can resolve?

I love the fit, style, colour etc. they are incredibly comfortable.
I find that the quality of the outer sole is very poor. It wears out very quickly on the sole and then lets in water if worn in wet conditions. I have needed to replace 2 pairs now, due to a worn out sole when the rest of the shoe is in excellent condition.

They are a loverly pair of trainers. I have difficulty in finding trainers to fit in ladies styles as I have big feet. The only thing I am disappointed with is the fact they aren鈥檛 leather and I should only wear leather.

Previously had Bonnia in the grey black which were so comfortable and looked smart but unfortunately the sole does wear through very quickly the upper still looked new while the sole was crumbling away 鈥嶁檧锔�, tried these but they looked cheap and were slightly larger in the fit causing the heel in the shoe to slip so returned.

They look great but unfortunately I don't think I'll be getting much use out of them as it appears they are fully synthetic and make my feet heat up and eventually throb. The description doesn't mention the composition but I (stupidly) assumed they would be leather as they are fairly pricey, even at the discounted price. I also find the tongue and heel edge come far too high up my foot so they dig in. I unfortunately I only found all this out after wearing them outside so cannot return.
