Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

A lovely looking sandal & comfortable also. The only reason why it didn't rate 5 stars is because it wasn't available in size 6.5, which is my exact size. I purchased size 7 & have the buckle as tight as it can be. Slightly loose, but still comfortable.

PLEASE can you introduce 1/2 sizes? I'm sure I'm not the only person requesting this! Consider starting with the most popular half size before introducing the full range ......for example 6.5

I ordered a very similar pair of these sandals from Dune, but they have an elasticated strap and just pushed your foot forward. These are the same funky design, beautiful soft leather and amazing padded sole, but have a buckle fastening so fit perfectly. I鈥檓 really really pleased with them. Thoroughly recommend

Do not buy these sandals. I ordered 3 pairs and every pair was faulty. The fault is with the clasp fastening , one was shorter than the other and clasp just breaks straight away as you try them on. Very very disappointed especially now I have to return these 3 pairs at my own cost as they fail to pay for your postage costs even though they say they will pay if they are faulty.

I was looking for comfortable black leather sandals, with a modern look. I ordered these in two sizes and went for the 6, which fits well and is my normal size. I wasn't sure if the leather straps across the foot would be too loose in a 6, but these seems fine, and my foot feels supported. I haven't worn them yet (waiting for the British sunshine) but they are comfortable and easy to walk in. My one niggle was the back strap, which needs to be undone/done up each time you put the sandals on. I would prefer a small elastic section which would mean these could be eased over the heel to put on, rather than undone/done up each time.
