Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Nice looking sandal but they did not feel easy to walk in for me so did not keep them. The leather did not feel as I鈥檇 expect of leather, it felt more like PU. Good value at the sale price.

Personally I found the sole too stiff- it meant the heel strap pulled & I could see them coming away. If you walk a bit more flat footed than me you鈥檇 probably be ok. I owned a similar pair 20 years ago (really- it鈥檚 what attracted them to me), but they 鈥榬olled鈥� better when walking.

Beautiful sandal, wore for 9hrs very comfortable in hot weather. Plenty of room as my feet are wide and swell in the heat. Nice height but no heel as lovely wedge. Would definitely recommend, as always excellent fast delivery. Good quality leather.

The shoes are not my normal buy but I was tempted and pleased I did purchase as the shoes are so comfortable walking around town and holiday destinations, soft flexible leather and the shape doesn't look or feel wide as the design stays to the shape of your foot and isn't wider making the shoe neat on your foot.

I had to send these back but I loved them. They are very wide fitting so sadly the ankle strap was the only thing holding them on. If you have wide feet then these would be fab for you.

The shoes are very good as I have purchased them before , my only concern was I paid for next day delivery as was going on holiday but they did not come so I had to have them redirected to the nearest shop, so was very disappointed especially as they did not come till 1/08/24 .

Size was good fit except the strap was not long enough so I couldn鈥檛 do it up!
Seemed strange as it鈥檚 the length of foot not size of ankle that would impact this!

These are gorgeous flatform sandals and I would recommend them - for anyone with wide feet.
Unfortunately I have very narrow feet and with no adjustment across the foot my feet would have slipped forward over the fron, so had to return them.
