Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Am very happy with the sandals they fit well & upper leather very soft & comfy.

Too slack at back for me so heel slides side to side and makes annoying cloppity sound when walking. Perhaps needs a wider fatter foot than mine. Leather soft and comfortable and liked the colour but sadly returned for refund.

I saw these online and having previusly bought 彩客网 footwear when we had a store franchise locally that sizing could be inconsistent with my usual size which was ok for some and not others. I really loved the look of these sandals but time was short so I ordered two sizes. My order arrived a week later and the sandals are perfect although my usual size didn't fit the next size did. They are well made in the softest leather and very comfortable to wear and are definitely going on holiday with me. I returned the second pair the day after receiving them and now await my refund.

Wow!
Was hesitant whether these beautiful sandals would be suitable as I'm a D/E fiting size 5 1/2.......no problem as the leather is very soft and 'moulded' to my foot so comfortably. The heel height was just right, supportive for everyday wear and the colour exactly what I had been looking for (not red but Raspberry/Fuschia as shown) and the icing on the cake.... reduced price!
Not sure if this is relevant, bought size 6 as no half sizes made, doesn't actually mean they are wider but they are not an oversized 6 length, which is good.
