Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Ordered online as I had a discount code . On opening the sandals I tried in the left one . Fit was very narrow . Thought I'd try the right one only to discover I had been sent two left sandals . Unbelievable. Tried to ring customer service , weren't accepting calls as too busy, advised to try the live chat . Live chat said long delays for replies , try the phone lines . Up to 4 days for reply to email . Not good enough when such obvious errors are being made . I returned the shoes to my local outlet in Rutherfords Morpeth where the staff were very apologetic. Nice sandals but not for wider feet .

These are the second pair of wedges, I also have the gold pair.
I absolutely love both pairs, they are a bit of bling without being to high, it's like walking on air, they are sooo comfortable, and they didn't rub my feet at all the first time I wore them, I have narrow feet, and sometimes struggle to get pretty shoes where my feet don't flap around in the front straps, I can absolutely recommend these 100% without hesitation.

This will only be a partial review as I bought the Nashay Silver Porvair sandals for my daughter's wedding which hasn't yet taken place. The sandals arrival very promptly and I tried them on straightaway. They seem very comfortable and hopefully will be perfect on the big day. I unfortunately cannot wear heels, as they don't offer me enough stability, so I'm hoping these will be suitable. Very happy customer so far.

The sandals are not to high quite comfortable but only tried on, mine were damaged on the strap. At full price they are very expensive as they are not leather. I bought them in the sale so they were a good price. Have not worn them yet so not sure how comfortable they are.
