Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

The sandal was lovely - good design lovely soft leather - inside sock also soft leather - very stylish & seemed comfortable - however, the sole let it down - it was very plasticky in appearance, but most importantly was shiney & very slippery with no grip 鈽癸笍

Love these sandals. Bought them for my holiday and they are so comfy and go with just about everything. Slightly wide fitting on me so perhaps would have preferred a smaller width option as the leather is soft and there is a slight concern they may become 鈥榖aggy鈥� with wear but other than that I love them.

I loved these sandals, lovely soft leather but sadly the sole was dangerously slippy and smooth plastic. At that price I would have expected a non slip sole. So returned because I would have to pay a shoe repairer to change them.

Bought originally from Next. Lovely colour, which would look good with most clothes, but I found they came up very big. I am consistently a size 5 in all shoes but these felt quite loose. Although stock levels were low I managed to obtain size 4 directly from Moda which fit much better. However, both pairs did arrive looking almost as if they had been worn, but this is perhaps due to the soft leather. The soles could be quite slippery so I may get them re-soled. I think they are very pricey and some of the finishing could be neater but I do like them and the asymmetric style is flattering for my less than perfect feet!

The straps were very creased and crumpled. The sole was nasty plastic and very slippy. The box arrived very battered as if the shoes had been worn and returned previously.
