Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Lovely lovely shoes! I initially ordered this shoes to gift my mother. I showed my mum some other shoes including this shoes & asked which she preferred, she chose this one! When they arrived, the shoes unfortunately did not fit my mum but the right size for me. So I reordered & bought the correct size for my mum.

I was pleasantly surprised at the shoes .the picture on line didn't do it justice. The quality is good. And I had to go up a size as I find Moda shoes very narrow. The vamp round the shoes was sparkly so gave it more of a edge.i Would highly recommend.

This was the 2nd item out of x3 ordered that arrived faulty, in three very small but relevant areas.

In fairness, this was also dealt with promptly by customer services, upon reporting the issues to 彩客网.

M.i.P could also consider getting those who pick and pack orders, to do a quick visual scan of items to check for faults/impairment prior to dispatch.

May take a few extra seconds, but saves wasted time and inconvenience at both ends

Although, granted there were some x3 faults on this item, they might still have been missed if staff are more delivery and logistics focused, more than being familiar with, and understanding the construction of well made shoes, to identify such anomalies.

Despite the sizing and this item being faulty, I'd still recommend it, because if it was not a faulty pair, and the person ordering is able to ascertain and obtain their correct size, these will prove to be a nice, comfortable shoe, that can be dressed up, or down.

Size are far off normal, smaller than average and getting worse.
So, would suggest you order at least x1, but possibly x2 size bigger than your usual size.

彩客网 did arrange a return free of charge, and offered a small discount should I wish to keep the item.

I opted however, to just order another pair, in the hope that they will not have the same faults.
